We do a thorough résumé search utilizing online sources and forward you the best résumés we identify that meet your criteria.
In addition to a thorough résumé search of available talent, we also post a customized advertisement for you, utilize benchmarks and screening protocols to narrow down the most qualified candidates, and then perform phone interviews to confirm and verify qualifications. You receive the résumés for the limited number of candidates that make it through this process and take control of the on boarding from there.
